1. Overview

FlowCash is a driver productivity app designed to help private hire and rideshare drivers analyse visible ride offer information and estimate profitability metrics such as earnings per hour, earnings per mile and operating cost impact.

This Privacy Policy explains what information FlowCash collects, how it is used, and how we protect user privacy.

2. Information we collect

FlowCash may collect or process the following information:

  • Account information, such as email address and authentication status.
  • Licence and subscription information, including plan status, trial status and renewal status.
  • Device binding information used to prevent licence sharing and protect paid access.
  • Driver-configured settings, such as minimum earnings per hour, minimum earnings per mile and minimum rider rating.
  • Business inputs entered by the user, such as operating costs, mileage, shifts or earnings where applicable.
  • Technical diagnostic information needed to maintain app reliability and security.

3. Accessibility Service usage

FlowCash uses Android Accessibility Service only to read visible ride offer information shown on screen and calculate driver profitability metrics. This service is read-only.

FlowCash does not use Accessibility Service to tap, accept, decline, perform gestures, control other apps, read private messages, capture passwords or access banking information.

4. Overlay permission

FlowCash uses Android overlay permission to display a guidance card above other apps. The overlay is used to show profitability information and does not interact with, control or modify any third-party app.

5. Screen capture and OCR fallback

In some cases, FlowCash may use temporary screen capture as a fallback to recognise visible text on screen. This is used only to support local text recognition when Accessibility data is not sufficient.

Screen frames used for OCR are processed locally on the device. They are not saved, stored, uploaded or shared with external servers.

6. Notifications

FlowCash may request notification access to detect relevant ride offer notifications so monitoring can start at the right time. Notification access is used only to support FlowCash monitoring features.

7. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide FlowCash app features.
  • Calculate profitability guidance for drivers.
  • Manage accounts, trials, licences and subscriptions.
  • Prevent licence abuse and unauthorised sharing.
  • Improve reliability, security and user experience.
  • Provide customer support.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We may use trusted service providers for authentication, licensing, hosting, email delivery and payment-related operations. These providers process data only as necessary to provide FlowCash services.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user information. Data transmitted between the app, website and backend services is protected using standard secure transport mechanisms where applicable.

10. Data retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide FlowCash services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
