Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using FlowCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app or any related services.

These terms apply to all versions of the FlowCash app, including during any free trial period.

2. What FlowCash is

FlowCash is a driver productivity app for Android designed to help private hire and rideshare drivers evaluate visible ride offer information. It analyses data such as estimated fare, distance and duration, then displays profitability metrics including estimated earnings per hour and earnings per mile.

FlowCash is a decision-support tool. It presents information to help you make informed decisions. The final decision to accept, decline or ignore any ride offer rests entirely with you.

FlowCash is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any rideshare, private hire or delivery platform including, but not limited to, Uber or Bolt.

3. No automatic ride actions

FlowCash does not automatically accept, decline, cancel or otherwise interact with ride offers on your behalf. It does not perform taps, swipes, gestures, scripted input or any form of automated control within third-party apps.

All decisions and actions on third-party platforms remain yours alone.

4. Driver responsibility and safe use

You are solely responsible for using FlowCash safely, lawfully and in compliance with any applicable road safety laws, licensing requirements, platform rules and local regulations.

You must not interact with FlowCash in any way that distracts you from driving or creates a risk to yourself, passengers or other road users. Do not attempt to read or operate the app while your vehicle is in motion.

FlowCash accepts no liability for any accident, fine, licence suspension or other consequence arising from unsafe use of the app while driving.

5. No earnings guarantees

FlowCash does not guarantee any level of earnings, profit, trip availability or business outcome. Profitability metrics are estimates based on visible offer information and your configured settings. Results may vary and may not reflect your actual earnings after all costs are considered.

FlowCash does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee continued access to the data those platforms display.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access to FlowCash is offered through a subscription purchased via Google Play. All billing, payment processing and purchase records are managed by Google Play in accordance with their policies and your agreement with Google.

Subscription prices, plan tiers and any applicable trial periods are displayed before purchase within Google Play. FlowCash reserves the right to adjust pricing or plans over time; changes will be communicated as required by Google Play policies.

7. Auto-renewing subscription

FlowCash subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Google Play account.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Google Play to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

8. Cancellation and subscription management

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.

To manage or cancel your subscription, open the Google Play Store, go to your account, and select Subscriptions. FlowCash does not process cancellations directly.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. FlowCash does not issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a request through Google Play.

10. Licence and account access

Subject to these terms and a valid active subscription, FlowCash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial driving activities.

Your account and licence are personal to you. Access may be linked to your account and device to prevent unauthorised sharing. You must not share your account, credentials or licence with any other person.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we have reason to believe these terms have been breached, the app is being misused, or continued access creates a security, legal or operational risk.

11. Device permissions — Accessibility Service

FlowCash uses Android Accessibility Service to read visible ride offer information displayed on your screen and calculate profitability metrics. This is a read-only function.

FlowCash does not use Accessibility Service to perform taps, accept or decline rides, issue commands to other apps, read private messages, capture passwords or access any banking or financial information.

You grant Accessibility Service permission voluntarily and may revoke it at any time in your device settings. Revoking this permission will limit or disable FlowCash's core functionality.

12. Device permissions — overlay

FlowCash uses Android's "Display over other apps" (overlay) permission to show a profitability guidance card while your driver app is in use. The overlay displays information only; it does not interact with, modify or control any third-party app.

13. Device permissions — screen capture and OCR fallback

On devices where Accessibility Service data is insufficient, FlowCash may use a temporary screen capture as a fallback mechanism to recognise visible text on screen using on-device optical character recognition (OCR).

Screen frames used for OCR are processed locally on your device and are not saved, stored, uploaded or shared with any external server or third party.

14. Accuracy and limitations

FlowCash attempts to provide useful profitability estimates based on visible offer data and your configured settings. Results may be inaccurate if information is missing, misread, delayed, changed by a third-party platform, or configured incorrectly in your settings.

FlowCash does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate, metric or guidance displayed. You should use your own judgement alongside any information FlowCash provides.

15. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep FlowCash reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or factors outside our control.

We may change, improve, pause or remove features at any time as the product evolves. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes in advance where reasonably possible.

16. Privacy and data

Your use of FlowCash is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. By using FlowCash, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

17. Prohibited use

You must not use FlowCash to:

• Bypass, circumvent or reverse-engineer any licensing, authentication or security mechanism.
• Share, resell, sublicense or distribute access to the app or your account.
• Attempt to extract, scrape or reproduce the app's source code, algorithms or proprietary data.
• Use the app in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation or third-party platform terms of service.
• Interfere with the operation, security or integrity of FlowCash or its backend infrastructure.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose other than your own driving activities without written consent.

18. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, algorithms, branding and materials within FlowCash are the intellectual property of FlowCash and its developers. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The FlowCash name, logo and related marks may not be used without prior written permission.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowCash and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any related service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of earnings, loss of business, data loss, device damage, fines, penalties or any outcome arising from decisions made using FlowCash guidance.

FlowCash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FlowCash after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the app and cancel any active subscription through Google Play.
